Chanhueng Law Firm is delighted to announce that Alan Yip has joined the firm as a Partner. Alan joins Chanhueng Law Firm from an international law firm.

Alan will head up Chanhueng Law Firm' Real Estate Practice. Alan advises on land compulsory sale applications; compliance with first-hand residential sales legislation; project conveyancing, strategic acquisitions for redevelopment; commercial real estate (sale and purchase of shares and joint ventures).  Alan also has extensive experience in town planning and building plans applications and appeals; large-scale leasing projects; landlord and tenant disputes; government lease modifications and land exchange applications; and successful court of final appeal compensation claims.
